Quality Objectives

The POE, Chennai is committed to be a model Emigration Services Office and will achieve the following

  • Rated the best POE in emigrants’ satisfaction for prompt delivery of Emigration related services there by wining and sustaining the confidence of the public,
  • Acknowledged the friendliest POE known for prompt processing of grievances of the emigrants through a public friendly attitude & responsible follow up,
  • Becoming the most dynamic, responsive & proactive administration known for promptness in delivery of services to the Registered Recruiting agents to enable them to conduct their recruitments legally while following all procedures,
  • The most proactive POE in attending to complaints received on unauthorized agents by following a process of continued pursing of cases with police authorities,
  • Becoming a centre of Excellence in Emigration services by following a process of continual improvement in working and aiding and counseling the intending emigrants / emigrants for enabling them to have a feel-at-home experience while working abroad, and
