As per extant instruction under the Emigration Act, 1983, the above mentioned Registered Recruiting Agent has submitted the following documents for placing advertisements / holding of interviews in connection with recruitment for overseas employment mentioned above.

The RA shall give similar intimation to the Protector(s) of Emigrants, within whose jurisdiction the advertisement / interview is to be published / held. After conducting interview RA shall inform this office the number of candidates attended the interview and selected. The Emigration Clearance against the said Demand Letter will be subject to the verification of Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and Specimen Employment Agreement from the concerned Embassy of India.

The RA shall bring out in advertisements the name of the foreign employer along with the country of employment, category of positions offered along with total number of vacancies under each category and the salary offered against each position clearly. The RA shall also give his complete address along with phone number, email address, website details and the RC number clearly in all his advertisements.

It may further be noted that the Recruiting Agent shall be fully responsible in respect of documents submitted by him. In case the documents are found not to be genuine in any respect at any point of time, Recruiting Agents shall be liable to penal action under provisions of the Emigration Act, 1983 and under Section 193 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
